1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NPCSTORE, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and delivery
NPCSTORE sells digital codes for games, gift cards, top-ups and subscriptions. All codes are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery email and keeping your account secure.
3. Payments
We accept manual payment methods including InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and bank transfers. Orders remain pending until an admin confirms receipt. Codes are not released before confirmation.
4. Code usage
Codes are intended for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing or fraudulently obtaining codes is prohibited. We are not responsible for codes that are lost due to account sharing or incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Delivered codes that have already been revealed are generally not eligible for refund unless the code is proven defective. See our refund policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
NPCSTORE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
